What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ varies by product line. Standard shower enclosures typically start from one container load; mixed-model orders can be discussed for project partners.
What is the typical lead time?
Sample orders: about 30 days. Bulk production lead time is confirmed after detailed discussion of specifications and order details.
Do you offer OEM / custom sizes?
Yes. We support custom dimensions, glass thickness, hardware finish and packaging upon request.
Which certifications do your products meet?
Our products are manufactured to export standards. Certifications and test reports can be provided for project documentation.
How are products packed for export?
Each unit is protected with foam, corner guards and cartons. Hardware is packed separately. Bulk orders use reinforced export packaging.
Which payment terms do you accept?
We usually accept T/T deposit with balance before shipment. L/C at sight can be discussed for established partners.
Do you provide installation drawings?
Yes. We can supply dimension drawings and installation guidance for project teams.
